What is Link2Care? Link2Care is our platform for online provider visits. It starts by offering you dozens of conditions or reason to be seen. After that, you will set up an account and complete a health questionnaire. This questionnaire will ask you questions that are personalized to your condition and answers to prior questions. Next you will join the video conference. You may need to wait while our provider reviews your health questionnaire or finishes meeting with any patients ahead of you.

Complete an Online Health Interview:
2-12 Minutes
- Answer a series of questions about how you are feeling and the symptoms you are experiencing—just as you would during an in-office visit.
- You may be asked to provide photos of areas of concern, such as a wound – pictures can be sent from your computer or phone.
- Your answers will be submitted to a provider for review prior to your visit.
Video Visit & Provider Evaluation:
Within 1 hour
- A provider from Link2Care by Peachtree Immediate Care will review your Health interview, conduct an online visit and create a treatment plan, which may include a prescription if necessary.
- Note that if you cannot be treated online, we may recommend you visit one of our 75+ centers for labs or x-rays. If you visit a center within 24 hours will not be double-charged for your online visit.
Prescription and Discharge Instructions:
2-3 Minutes
- The provider will share your treatment plan, work/school notes, and other details right after the visit.
- If a prescription is part of your treatment plan, you’ll be able to send your prescription to the pharmacy of your choice.

General Information
Link2Care by Peachtree Immediate Care is an easy way to be treated for common conditions. You simply select the reason for your visit, answer customized conditions based on your reason for visit and answers, wait for the provider to finish their prior visit, and receive a treatment plan.

Anyone over 18 can create an account. You can also add adult dependents and minor children to your account. Visits for minor children must be completed by a parent.
Yes there are a few ways. 1. Be seen with a parent: you can have a parent or guardian create an account as your proxy, they can work with you to fill out the questionnaire and we can send a link to invite both of you to the call. 2. If you are an amancipated minor you can be seen. 3. Specific visit types: In many cases, we can see minors without a parent or guardian, if the services are related to birth control or sexual health.
Hours and Timing
Our Link2Care providers are available typically between 8:00PM and 8:00PM everyday with the exception of major Holidays such as New Years Day, Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Typically with in one hour. In rare cases, we may reschedule you for the next morning.
Because we collect a great information prior to the visit, which the provider reviews prior to your video conference, each online visit takes about five minutes to complete. The total number of questions you answer will depend on your condition.
Diagnosis and Treatment
In the case where the provider determines that you may need X-rays, labs, or other services that require in-person care, we can book a visit at one of our multiple nearby centers. If you are seen same day (or within 24 hours), you will not be charged twice(your video visit will be refunded).
Once you’ve answered all the interview questions, a licensed, board-certified Link2Care by Peachtree Immediate Care provider (physician (MD), nurse practitioner (NP), or physician assistant (PA)) will review your symptoms, make a diagnosis, and develop your treatment plan.
We do our best to treat you online, but not every condition can be treated via Link2Care by Peachtree Immediate Care. If your health concern cannot be addressed through Link2Care by Peachtree Immediate Care, you may be directed to a clinic for care. If you are seen in one of our clinics (within 24 hours), you will not be charged for your evisit (your online visit will be refunded).
Cost and Insurance
Most likely, yes. We take most insurance plans. During the registration process we will detirmine if your insurance is in-network and what your co-pay will be prior to the visit. We also have a low self-pay rate if in the rare case that you are out of network. You can check the insurance plans we take in the menu above.
For patients without insurance, telehealth visits are $99. You can pay with a credit card or a health savings account (HSA) card.
Telehealth visits are covered by most major insurances (see menu above). Please consult with your insurance regarding your telehealth benefits. Copays, coinsurance and deductibles may apply.You can check in the menu above to see if we take your insurance. But keep in mind cost can vary if covered by insurance. As an example, if you still have a deductible you could pay the negotiated rate of the visit set by your insurance company up to the amount still owed on your deductible. If you don’t have a deductible, you only need to pay the co-pay or coinsurance rate.
Prescriptions
Link2Care by Peachtree Immediate Care providers are licensed and able to prescribe certain medications as part of your care plan, if clinically appropriate. We do not provide prescriptions for pain medications or narcotics. Link2Care by Peachtree Immediate Care is not an online pharmacy and we cannot fill prescriptions. If a prescription medication is part of your treatment plan, you can send it to the pharmacy of your choice. You are responsible for the cost of any prescriptions, over-the-counter treatments, or follow-up visits you may need related to prescriptions.
If a prescription is clinically appropriate, your treatment plan will include a link to have your prescription filled. Just click the link, select the pharmacy of your choice, and send the prescription – it’s that easy.
Most pharmacies accept most insurance plans. That said, please verify that the pharmacy you select is within your covered network before sending your prescription. If needed, you can request a pharmacy change by calling Link2Care by Peachtree Immediate Care support at (800) 666-6666.
