Age
Care for patients under age 8 or UTIs care for women over 45 or under 18.
Injuries
Care for ATV or car accidents, large cuts/lacerations that may require stitches, or injuries that require X-rays.
Exams
We cannot provide physical exams such as: physicals, sport physicals, pelvic, genital, rectal, or breast exams, STD/STI screenings, evaluation of UTI symptoms in males, or issues requiring lab testing through telehealth.
Emergent Symptoms
If you have chest pain, Shortness of Breath, Anaphylaxis, Choking, Altered Level of Consciousness, Abdominal Pain (Moderate or Severe) please seek help immediately or call 911.

My experience here is always exceptional!
This isn’t my first visit to this practice, and I’ve always had a great experience. The staff is very caring and professional.
The team did a great job from reception to checking vitals and the nurse practitioner was fantastic in evaluating and communicating the issues.
I was extremely impressed with the care that I received! The nurse practitioner, Whitney, really took her time, listened, and created a care plan with me. If I could, I would make her my regular primary care provider.
Very helpful. Front desk lady was very nice !
