Please confirm that you don't need any of the following:
Age
Care for patients under age 8 or UTIs care for women over 45 or under 18.
Injuries
Care for ATV or car accidents, large cuts/lacerations that may require stitches, or injuries that require X-rays.
Exams
We cannot provide physical exams such as: physicals, sport physicals, pelvic, genital, rectal, or breast exams, STD/STI screenings, evaluation of UTI symptoms in males, or issues requiring lab testing through telehealth.
Emergent Symptoms
If you have chest pain, Shortness of Breath, Anaphylaxis, Choking, Altered Level of Consciousness, Abdominal Pain (Moderate or Severe) please seek help immediately or call 911.
Psychiatric
New/Unstable Psychiatric Conditions including Trauma/Physical Abuse/Sexual Abuse Treatment
Prescriptions
We don't provide prescriptions for narcotic and controlled substance renewals or prescriptions, withdrawal treatment, management of prescriptions lasting over 30 days, and chronic pain treatment via Telehealth.

Fantastic care and helpful treatment to diagnose my stomach ache. Staff was kind and treating physician was able to pinpoint possible cause of problem and directed me to emergency room since it was a Sunday and said it was either kidney stones or appendicitis after his physical test and examination… Fantastic care and helpful treatment to diagnose my stomach ache. Turns out the doctor was right and we quickly took care of the problem at Emory! Great location local to Buford and clean facilities. Has their own parking lot but Google maps currently has navigation lead to the Hyundai dealership next door. 5 stars and thank you to the staff!
