We cannot provide physical exams such as: physicals, sport physicals, pelvic, genital, rectal, or breast exams, STD/STI screenings, evaluation of UTI symptoms in males, or issues requiring lab testing through telehealth.
Emergent Symptoms
If you have chest pain, Shortness of Breath, Anaphylaxis, Choking, Altered Level of Consciousness, Abdominal Pain (Moderate or Severe) please seek help immediately or call 911.

New/Unstable Psychiatric Conditions including Trauma/Physical Abuse/Sexual Abuse Treatment
Prescriptions
We don’t provide prescriptions for narcotic and controlled substance renewals or prescriptions, withdrawal treatment, management of prescriptions lasting over 30 days, and chronic pain treatment via Telehealth.

We received excellent care at the Gaines School Rd location. Everyone was both respectful and helpful in getting XRays made for a 93yo gentleman with a broken rib. Thanks to everyone in the office.
I had a very pleasant experience from the time I walked in. Everyone were very friendly and professional. I will definitely be recommending this location to anyone who needs medical attention outside of their PCP.
