Please confirm that you don’t need any of the following:
Age
Care for patients under age 8 or UTIs care for women over 45 or under 18.
Injuries
Care for ATV or car accidents, large cuts/lacerations that may require stitches, or injuries that require X-rays.
Exams
We cannot provide physical exams such as: physicals, sport physicals, pelvic, genital, rectal, or breast exams, STD/STI screenings, evaluation of UTI symptoms in males, or issues requiring lab testing through telehealth.
Emergent Symptoms
If you have chest pain, Shortness of Breath, Anaphylaxis, Choking, Altered Level of Consciousness, Abdominal Pain (Moderate or Severe) please seek help immediately or call 911.
Psychiatric
New/Unstable Psychiatric Conditions including Trauma/Physical Abuse/Sexual Abuse Treatment
Prescriptions
We don’t provide prescriptions for narcotic and controlled substance renewals or prescriptions, withdrawal treatment, management of prescriptions lasting over 30 days, and chronic pain treatment via Telehealth.

In some cases, a provider may assess your condition as more complex or need to run labs or x-rays. With 70+ locations, we can schedule you quickly at one of our nearby centers to run follow up tests and provide the best care for you possible.

Based on your Telehealth visit, our medical staff may determine that you need labs or to be seen in person. If so, we will make every effort to schedule you same-day at a nearby clinic.
