TelehealthPlease confirm that you don’t need any of the following:
Age
Care for patients under age 8 or UTIs care for women over 45 or under 18.
Injuries
Care for ATV or car accidents, large cuts/lacerations that may require stitches, or injuries that require X-rays.
Exams
We cannot provide physical exams such as: physicals, sport physicals, pelvic, genital, rectal, or breast exams, STD/STI screenings, evaluation of UTI symptoms in males, or issues requiring lab testing through telehealth.
Emergent Symptoms
If you have chest pain, Shortness of Breath, Anaphylaxis, Choking, Altered Level of Consciousness, Abdominal Pain (Moderate or Severe) please seek help immediately or call 911.
Psychiatric
New/Unstable Psychiatric Conditions including Trauma/Physical Abuse/Sexual Abuse Treatment
Prescriptions
We don’t provide prescriptions for narcotic and controlled substance renewals or prescriptions, withdrawal treatment, management of prescriptions lasting over 30 days, and chronic pain treatment via Telehealth.

The facility was clean and the service was as good as it would get for an urgent care center. The dtr was polite, welcoming and funny. He made sure my visit was delightful. Also the check-in process is all online. It was seemless
I came in for a possible UTI. Everyone working at the Dunwoody urgent care was friendly, polite and concerned about my needs. The doctor on site took the time to talk to me to go over my needs and explain what plan to follow.
Very good experience! All of the staff were efficient and kind. Didn’t take long to be seen and in the end I was very pleased. Dr. Phariss and April took very good care of me!

Staff and doctors are always great.
The staff is wonderful, I was real sick and they stayed on my side the whole time never left me alone, geeat team, I visited September the 16th.
