“I have a cough, what is it?”

A cough may mean that you have a respiratory infection, such as a cold, the flu, or bronchitis. Most coughs go away within two to three weeks.

However, if you have a lingering cough that won’t go away, we recommend that you to seek medical attention just to be on the safe side.

To check whether you should visit your nearest Peachtree Immediate Care Center or go directly to an Emergency Room for treatment, click on the “Urgent Care or ER?” link under the Urgent Care tab.
