Age
Care for patients under age 8 or UTIs care for women over 45 or under 18.
Injuries
Care for ATV or car accidents, large cuts/lacerations that may require stitches, or injuries that require X-rays.
Exams
We cannot provide physical exams such as: physicals, sport physicals, pelvic, genital, rectal, or breast exams, STD/STI screenings, evaluation of UTI symptoms in males, or issues requiring lab testing through telehealth.
Emergent Symptoms
If you have chest pain, Shortness of Breath, Anaphylaxis, Choking, Altered Level of Consciousness, Abdominal Pain (Moderate or Severe) please seek help immediately or call 911.
Psychiatric
New/Unstable Psychiatric Conditions including Trauma/Physical Abuse/Sexual Abuse Treatment
Prescriptions
We don't provide prescriptions for narcotic and controlled substance renewals or prescriptions, withdrawal treatment, management of prescriptions lasting over 30 days, and chronic pain treatment via Telehealth.

I’ve been here three times now and each time has been excellent. Went today and Jacqueline the FNP was great. Excellent bedside manner.nnFront desk staff has been rather meh but no problems perse. Provider listened to my concern. Very understanding. I am very satisfied. This is my go to place for medical treatment.
