Age
Care for patients under age 8 or UTIs care for women over 45 or under 18.
Injuries
Care for ATV or car accidents, large cuts/lacerations that may require stitches, or injuries that require X-rays.
Exams
We cannot provide physical exams such as: physicals, sport physicals, pelvic, genital, rectal, or breast exams, STD/STI screenings, evaluation of UTI symptoms in males, or issues requiring lab testing through telehealth.
Emergent Symptoms
If you have chest pain, Shortness of Breath, Anaphylaxis, Choking, Altered Level of Consciousness, Abdominal Pain (Moderate or Severe) please seek help immediately or call 911.
Psychiatric
New/Unstable Psychiatric Conditions including Trauma/Physical Abuse/Sexual Abuse Treatment
Prescriptions
We don't provide prescriptions for narcotic and controlled substance renewals or prescriptions, withdrawal treatment, management of prescriptions lasting over 30 days, and chronic pain treatment via Telehealth.

The staff at PIC - Hiram is always professional and very friendly. I thought I was experiencing an allergic reaction to something I ate the day before. Turned out, the wild plant growing in my flowerbed that I pulled up without gloves was Poison Ivy! 😏 The staff took very good care of me, I was in and out within minutes of my visit. I greatly appreciated this since it was in the middle of my workday. It’s been a couple of days since my visit and I feel / look better already! Thank you everyone!!

Wait time was not bad. The nurse who greeted me and took me back was very friendly and took care of me. Kept me informed each step of the way.
