Care for patients under age 8 or UTIs care for women over 45 or under 18.
Injuries
Care for ATV or car accidents, large cuts/lacerations that may require stitches, or injuries that require X-rays.
Exams
We cannot provide physical exams such as: physicals, sport physicals, pelvic, genital, rectal, or breast exams, STD/STI screenings, evaluation of UTI symptoms in males, or issues requiring lab testing through telehealth.
Emergent Symptoms
If you have chest pain, Shortness of Breath, Anaphylaxis, Choking, Altered Level of Consciousness, Abdominal Pain (Moderate or Severe) please seek help immediately or call 911.
Psychiatric
New/Unstable Psychiatric Conditions including Trauma/Physical Abuse/Sexual Abuse Treatment
Prescriptions
We don’t provide prescriptions for narcotic and controlled substance renewals or prescriptions, withdrawal treatment, management of prescriptions lasting over 30 days, and chronic pain treatment via Telehealth.

Diagnosis was spot on and a referral was sent.
I have gone here a few times when I don’t feel well but today was absolutely exceptional. I needed bloodwork done and the nurse practitioner, Denise, as well as the medical assistant, Precious, were amazing! This NP actually took time to listen to me, was very knowledgeable and personable. Unfortuna… I have gone here a few times when I don’t feel well but today was absolutely exceptional. Unfortunately she is a floater so she does not work there full time, but I could tell she loves her job and loves people! I felt so much better after just talking to her and she knew exactly what she was doing!
The staff was pleasant and efficient. I was in and out without any issues. The place was clean and spacious.
