We cannot provide physical exams such as: physicals, sport physicals, pelvic, genital, rectal, or breast exams, STD/STI screenings, evaluation of UTI symptoms in males, or issues requiring lab testing through telehealth.

If you have chest pain, Shortness of Breath, Anaphylaxis, Choking, Altered Level of Consciousness, Abdominal Pain (Moderate or Severe) please seek help immediately or call 911.

Prescriptions
We don’t provide prescriptions for narcotic and controlled substance renewals or prescriptions, withdrawal treatment, management of prescriptions lasting over 30 days, and chronic pain treatment via Telehealth.

Very professional group. They don’t rush and they really listen
I was in and out of here very quickly. The staff was kind and ensured to listen to my symptoms and properly diagnose. I highly recommend.
Professional, pleasant and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend this place.
Staff were excellent. Only one in front of me so there was minimal wait. PA/Nurse were professional and saw me right away. Great staff all the way around.
From Alex at the front desk to Nurse Practitioner Meredith in the back, it was a great experience. Very professional and knowledgeable, but they made it fun. Great attitudes and also sense of humor which is nice when you are not feeling very well.
Everyone was awesome! They were so nice! Very professional but very caring!!
