Please confirm that you don't need any of the following:
Age
Care for patients under age 8 or UTIs care for women over 45 or under 18.
Injuries
Care for ATV or car accidents, large cuts/lacerations that may require stitches, or injuries that require X-rays.
Exams
We cannot provide physical exams such as: physicals, sport physicals, pelvic, genital, rectal, or breast exams, STD/STI screenings, evaluation of UTI symptoms in males, or issues requiring lab testing through telehealth.
Emergent Symptoms
If you have chest pain, Shortness of Breath, Anaphylaxis, Choking, Altered Level of Consciousness, Abdominal Pain (Moderate or Severe) please seek help immediately or call 911.
Psychiatric
New/Unstable Psychiatric Conditions including Trauma/Physical Abuse/Sexual Abuse Treatment
Prescriptions
We don't provide prescriptions for narcotic and controlled substance renewals or prescriptions, withdrawal treatment, management of prescriptions lasting over 30 days, and chronic pain treatment via Telehealth.

Got there later than my appointed time, but they took me anyway. The staff was very nice and polite. There was an eagerness to help with my situation, which was a great display of their concern and professionalism.
I was attended to in good time. The nurse an PA listed to my concerned and aggressively took action.
I’ve been to this facility 3 separate times for soften issues and they have been nothing but nice and timely. The staff are very helpful and understanding, they get you in as soon as possible and even make accommodations of necessary.
