Medicare patients can now access telehealth services from home. This includes Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and Tricare members.

Additionally, major commercial insurers, including Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, and Blue Cross Blue Shield, are expected to follow suit.  However, you may want to check with your insurance carrier.
