TelehealthPlease confirm that you don’t need any of the following:
Age
Care for patients under age 8 or UTIs care for women over 45 or under 18.
Injuries
Care for ATV or car accidents, large cuts/lacerations that may require stitches, or injuries that require X-rays.
Exams
We cannot provide physical exams such as: physicals, sport physicals, pelvic, genital, rectal, or breast exams, STD/STI screenings, evaluation of UTI symptoms in males, or issues requiring lab testing through telehealth.
Emergent Symptoms
If you have chest pain, Shortness of Breath, Anaphylaxis, Choking, Altered Level of Consciousness, Abdominal Pain (Moderate or Severe) please seek help immediately or call 911.
Psychiatric
New/Unstable Psychiatric Conditions including Trauma/Physical Abuse/Sexual Abuse Treatment
Prescriptions
We don’t provide prescriptions for narcotic and controlled substance renewals or prescriptions, withdrawal treatment, management of prescriptions lasting over 30 days, and chronic pain treatment via Telehealth.

I did make an appointment,there was an emergency at the same time, but didn’t have to wait but a short time.nI was very impressed by the care of the staff.nEveryone was very professional.nAll of my concerns were met, the staff took their time to address my needs.
They were able to get me right in - really no wait!
The whole staff was very welcoming and compassionate! I would recommend coming here. The Nurse Practitioner was great and very informative.

All I can say is the Nurse Practitioner, Phillip Dillard, has to have the best bedside manner of anyone in the medical profession that I’ve ever experienced! That guy is awesome and highly recommended if you ever have any type of emergency. Patient, kind, smart, and great communicator!
